Order must be made 5-4 days earlier for cupcakes, cake pops, macaroons or cookies and 1-2 weeks earlier for cakes and any large quantity order in order to avoid overlapping order and insufficient time to complete the order request.
Delivery will be around Klang Valley Area only for Cakes, Cakepops, Cupcakes, Cookies, Macarons and any other customization request product. Extra charge on cost of transportation will be varied upon requested pickup point area.
No additional charge on postal services for decorating and baking tools product. Kindly email me the scanned receipt of payment transaction at email@example.com
Kindly present your receipt upon collection, otherwise I cannot allow collection. If you are appointing someone to collect on your behalf, please pass the receipt to them. In the case of loss of receipt, please prepare a letter with your name, phone no, and identification for collection.
Uncollected products will be discarded after 5 days. No refund will be given for uncollected products as cost and labour has gone into the making of the products.
Sugarpops! products are extremely fragile, please handle with extra care. I will not be held responsible for any damage cause by improper handling by the customer.

Full payment is required when placing orders. A min of 50% deposit can be placed for orders exceeding RM200 only. All paid orders, deposits and goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Payment can be made via CIMB Clicks, Maybank2u, PBEbank, and Paypal. I will sent my account number via email after I receive the order form and confirmation from customer.
Kindly keep the payment transfer receipt and present it upon collection.
At no extra charge, customers are entitled to:
- add a custom alphabetical message
- request for custom colour change
Please be advised I can't guarantee the outcome of the custom colours & custom designs you choose will be favourable to you liking. If you are willing to take the risk, I will proceed with the order, however no refund or compensation request will be entertained should the final product be deemed unsatisfactory. I will try my very best to meet your desire satisfaction.
Please double check your order throughly before making payment. Changes can only be made 5 days prior to collection date but it will depends on the current situation.
No refunds are possible for cancellation of orders under any circumstances.
