How to order:

Step 1
 Choose your self titles or salutations. This sections is required to be fill in order to avoid misunderstanding and confusions.

Step 2
Type your name in "Name" sections. Compulsory. This sections is required to be fill in order to avoid confusions.

Step 3
Type down your desire pickup point address in "Delivery Address" sections. This sections is required to be fill in order to know where is the venue for me to deliver your product.

Step 4
State your desire delivery date of your product order. Note that, the date that you request is not confirm until you get confirmation from me. I will contact you about it. This sections is required for customer that want to order cakes, cupcakes, cakepops, cookies and any other customization product request.

Step 5
Type down your contact number in "Contact Number" sections. This sections is required to be fill in order to contact for any case of emergency.

Step 6
Type down your e-mail address in "E-mail Address" sections. This sections is required to be fill in order to contact, receive any inquiries, and any important notice.

Step 7
Type down your desire type of product that you wish to order in "Types of Product" sections. Example, "cake's", "cupcakes" or "cakepops". If you wish to buy any of the decorating and baking tools, simply type down the name of the product such as "Alphabetical Stamp". This sections is required to be fill in order to know which product that you requested to purchase and also to avoid misunderstanding and confusion.

Step 8
Type down your product code accordingly in "Product Code" sections. The product code can be refer at the below of the product picture that have in Sugarpops! pages for example T001. This sections is required to be fill if you want to order Decorating and Baking Tools, and Cookies in order to know which product that you requested to purchase and also to avoid misunderstanding and confusion.

Step 9
State your desire quantity of the product that you want to order in "Quantity" sections. This sections is required to be fill in order to know how much do you want to purchase for the product that you have ordered.

Step 10
If you wish to order customize products such as cakes, cupcakes, cakepops and etc, you need to state down your desire request on the product customization in "Additional Request" sections. Example, you want to order cakes for engagement occasion, the additional request will be like 3D fondant layer cake, Floral theme's, White and Yellow colour, alphabetical fondant message "Happy Engagement Day". Don't worry I will contact you for more details and confirmation in order to meet customer satisfaction. This sections is required to be fill in order to know what your desire request on your products order.

Step 11
Kindly remind you that most of the Sugarpops! product does not have fix amount of price due to the vary and difference cost occur on every requested products from customer such as cakes, cupcakes, cake pops and most the request product orders for occasions ceremony. By that, you need to type down your budget example you wish to order 2KG of customize cakes with the budget of RM160.00, so just fill in the budget amount in "Budget Price" sections and I will contact you after I come out with the quotation price. This sections is required to be fill in order to know your expectation cost of the products.

Step 12
Choose your type of payment that you desire in "Payment Method" sections. IMPORTANT! to read on Terms and Conditions  regarding this issue. This sections is required to be fill in order to make sure that you are serious to purchase the product that you want to order by accepting your payment and also to bare the cost and risk of my business.

Step 13
Click on the "I have read, understood, and agreed to the terms & conditions" sections for your confirmation and approve on the purchase order of the Sugarpops! product and services. This sections is required to be accept and the order will be not be proceed if you are not agreed and understand about the terms and conditions apply.
